We prioritize collections that meet the following criteria. If your collection does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to make an offer or respond.

✅ Minimum Collection Value

• We typically only purchase collections with an average value of $30+ per Pop.
• If your collection does not meet this value threshold, we may not be interested.

✅ Collection Size Requirement

• Minimum of 100 Funko Pops is required.
• Exceptions are made for collections with a high concentration of $100+ grails.

✅ Condition Requirements

• We ONLY buy authentic, in-box Funkos – No loose or out-of-box Pops.
• Pops must be in mint or near-mint condition (no major box damage, no smoke damage).

✅ How We Price Collections

• We do NOT pay full market price – as resellers, we pay a fair percentage of current market value.
• Offers are based on condition, demand, and current resale trends.
• Collections with higher-value grails ($100+) typically receive a higher payout percentage.
• If you're looking for full retail value, selling individually may be a better option.

✅ Shipping & Pickup Options

• For large collections, we may offer in-person pickup.
• Otherwise, all collections must be shipped to us via UPS (we cover the shipping).
• Photos of your collection must be submitted before shipment.

• To be considered, you MUST provide a link to your HobbyDB collection.
• Ensure your HobbyDB collection is accurate and up to date before submission.
• This helps us quickly assess the value of your collection and make a fair offer.

✅ Fast Responses & Payment

• We review submissions and respond within 1-3 business days if interested.
• Payment is processed upon receipt and verification of your collection.
• For in-person pickups, alternate payment methods can be discussed.
